Passed a good looking stand of honey fungus on the way to work.
Any favourite recipes for it?

Carluccio has a good one in Passion For Mushrooms. Honey fungus with lamb, chilli and capers

i struggle with mushrooms, by then time i find a good recipe theyve just gone into the pan with garlic, butter and woody herbs and onto some sourdough toast.
