Hi there, we foraged lots of blackberries today and although we didn't pick any obviously mouldy ones, lots of the other ones on the brambles were mouldy. I'm wondering, are the ones we have picked safe to make into jam? If there is even a little bit of mould on them, perhaps that we can't see, will it spoil our jam? Thanks!
