Please Follow these guidelines when posting items for Trade.
No Selling
Items must be offered for trade, not for sale, we may consider a sales board later but for now trade only. We suggest a trade value be applied to the advert, for exaple "Richard Mabey Food for Free hardback for swap, Trade value £15". This gives people an idea of what you value the trade at, and helps match trades. You should also give an indication of what sorts of items you expect to be offered in trade, such as "pocket knife" or "mushroom books" etc.
Take Care
We would advise that you trade face to face wherever possible, but if posting items, send recorded or special delivery, and at your own risk. Foraging UK accepts no liability for loss, fraud or other issues that arise from trading initiated on the forum. We advise not trading high value items via postal services.
Etiquette
We would advise so as to not spam up the trading boards, all offers be made by personal message, and that you don't harass anyone if the trade doesn't suit them. Please edit post to TRADED, once the item is no longer available. No items which are illegal under UK law may be offered, also no firearms which require licencing may be traded on the boards.
