I'm Emma. I live outside Glasgow, near Loch Lomond. I have dilly dallied with foraging over last few years but up until a couple of years ago was a raw vegan which kinda limited my scope with wild food.
I decided to get serious about foraging last year after listening to a wild food summit in which our very own fergus the forager was a guest. That was me hooked and I've been a newbie ever since.
Learned trillions on twitter and really enjoying discovering new plants - even if I can't always eat them.
I've been on led forages with Mark Galloway Wild Foods, Robin Harford and Monica Wilde. Amazing people, so thankful for their work!
